13-Day Morocco Adventure – From Marrakech

Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

Arrival at Marrakech airport. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy the evening in Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 2: Marrakech → Casablanca → Rabat

Visit the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca before continuing to Rabat to see the Hassan Tower, Oudaya Kasbah, and Mohammed V Mausoleum. Overnight in Rabat.

Day 3: Rabat → Chefchaouen

Head north through the Rif Mountains to reach Chefchaouen, the magical Blue City. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

Day 4: Chefchaouen → Volubilis → Meknes → Fes

Discover the Roman ruins of Volubilis and Meknes (Bab Mansour, Moulay Ismail Mausoleum). Continue to Fes. Overnight in Fes.

Day 5: Fes

Guided city tour of Fes: tanneries, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Museum, artisan souks. Overnight in Fes.

Day 6: Fes → Ifrane → Midelt → Ziz Valley → Merzouga

Cross the Middle Atlas via Ifrane and cedar forests. Continue through the Ziz Valley palm groves. Arrive in Merzouga for a camel trek into the dunes at sunset. Overnight in a desert camp.

Day 7: Merzouga → Zagora (Draa Valley)

Enjoy sunrise in the Sahara, then travel south via Erfoud and Rissani through the scenic Draa Valley. Overnight in Zagora.

Day 8: Zagora → Tafraout (Anti-Atlas)

Journey into the Anti-Atlas Mountains, with stops in Berber villages and at the painted rocks. Overnight in Tafraout.

Day 9: Tafraout → Agadir

Travel via Tiznit to Agadir. Afternoon free to relax on the Atlantic coast. Overnight in Agadir.

Day 10: Agadir → Essaouira

Drive along the Atlantic coast with stops in surf towns and argan cooperatives. Arrive in Essaouira. Overnight in Essaouira.

Day 11: Essaouira → Marrakech

Explore Essaouira in the morning, then drive inland to Marrakech (~3 hrs). Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 12: Marrakech

Guided city tour of Marrakech: Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Koutoubia Mosque, souks, and Majorelle Garden. Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 13: Marrakech (Departure)

Free time for last shopping or relaxation before your airport transfer.
