16-Day Morocco Adventure — From & To Agadir

Day 1: Arrival in Agadir

Arrival at Agadir airport. Transfer to your hotel and relax on the Atlantic coast. Overnight in Agadir.

Day 2: Agadir → Essaouira

Coastal drive with stops at surf towns and argan cooperatives. Arrive in Essaouira, evening at leisure. Overnight in Essaouira.

Day 3: Essaouira

Full day to explore Essaouira’s medina, fishing port, ramparts, and sandy beach. Overnight in Essaouira.

Day 4: Essaouira → Marrakech

Drive inland (~3 hrs). Evening free in Jemaa el-Fnaa square and the souks. Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 5: Marrakech

Guided city tour: Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, souks, and Majorelle Garden. Overnight in Marrakech.

Day 6: Marrakech → Casablanca → Rabat

Visit the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, then continue to Rabat for Hassan Tower, Oudaya Kasbah, and Mohammed V Mausoleum. Overnight in Rabat.

Day 7: Rabat → Chefchaouen

Travel north through the Rif Mountains to the Blue City of Chefchaouen. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

Day 9: Chefchaouen → Volubilis → Meknes → Fes

Visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, then Meknes (Bab Mansour, Moulay Ismail Mausoleum). Continue to Fes. Overnight in Fes.

Day 10: Fes

Guided tour of Fes medina: tanneries, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Museum, artisan workshops. Overnight in Fes.

Day 11: Fes → Ifrane → Midelt → Ziz Valley → Merzouga

Cross the Middle Atlas via Ifrane and cedar forests. Continue through Ziz Valley to Merzouga. Camel trek into the dunes for sunset. Overnight in desert camp.

Day 12: Merzouga → Erfoud → Rissani → Todra Gorge → Dades Valley

Enjoy sunrise in the Sahara, then drive through Erfoud and Rissani to Todra Gorge. Continue to Dades Valley. Overnight in Dades.

Day 13: Dades Valley → Ouarzazate → Zagora (Draa Valley)

Drive via Skoura oasis and Ouarzazate, then through the palm-filled Draa Valley to Zagora. Overnight in Zagora.

Day 14: Zagora → Tafraout (Anti-Atlas)

Journey through the Anti-Atlas Mountains, Berber villages, painted rocks, and almond groves. Overnight in Tafraout.

Day 15: Tafraout → Tiznit → Agadir

Stop in Tiznit, famous for silver jewelry, then return to Agadir. Overnight in Agadir.
